Greywell’s Managing Director, Rupert Hopcraft, has worked in the building industry since 1985 and aged just 26 became a Senior Project Manager for Pettifer Construction managing the construction of Sainsbury’s, Morrison’s and Safeway supermarkets. His experience of managing and ensuring quality on those very significant projects allows the fullest scrutiny and understanding of the design and build process of all Greywell projects, whether conversion of a single Victorian cottage or a larger development. Rupert’s twelve years with Greywell identifying and solving a myriad of legal, regulatory and technical problems on a variety of sites also means Greywell is very well equipped to deal with practically any issue arising.

What we do
We undertake detailed analysis of development potential and, having agreed a purchase price, obtain appropriate planning permission. This service is free of charge to property owners.
