In 2010 the British Homes Build Quality Awards recognise and endorse build quality in construction and complement the established categories for design, promoting those completed schemes that best achieve the creative aspirations of the architect.

Homebuilders and developers were invited to enter the Build Quality Awards for sites with completed homes in 2009 that had already received industry award recognition. In effect this enhanced recognition elevated the site to the industry’s "Champions League".

The Premier Guarantee Excellence Awards were set up to recognise the best new developments the country has to offer. Winners were chosen from hundreds of entries entirely on the quality and workmanship of their developments, which means that winning a Premier Guarantee Excellence Award means a development truly stands out from competitors.

Greywell Country Homes’ development at Hardwick Farm Barns in South Warwickshire was awarded a British Homes Build Quality Award and Premier Guarantee Excellence Award for “Conversion Project of the Year” in 2009.

We were also one of six shortlisted for a Grand Designs Award in 2009, another renowned accolade demonstrating the strength of our design ambition.
